How to submit paper

STEP   1

SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT

​

​

(1)   Click on the "Abstract Submission" Tab or "Click Here!" button above.

​

(2)   Click and download "Abstract Template" and "Abstract Template Sample" for your reference. (Please note that abstract submitted MUST using the exact template we provide)

(3)   Fill in the "Abstract Submission Form" and you will automatically registered.


(4)   Click "Upload your abstract here!" to upload your abstract from your desktop, and click "Submit" button to submit.

 

(5)   Please wait for your abstract submission response. (Abstract response will be sent to your email in 2 weeks. If we didn't response by then, please send us an email therefor to prevent any failure or unread submission)

STEP   2

SUBMIT YOUR FULL PAPER

(1)   Click on the "Full Paper Submission" Tab or "Click Here!" button above.

(2)   Click and download "Full Paper Template", "Full Paper Guidelines"and "Full Paper Template Sample" for your reference. (Please note that full paper submitted MUST using the exact template we provide).

 

(3)   Pay the full paper submission fee as written          .Payments can be made by Depositing cash or Telegraphic Transfer into the account. (Bank Draft and Personal cheque are not acceptable. Please recheck your payment details before you do your payment to avoid any mistakes).

(4)   You will be given your FEES RECEIPT by receiving it via email once you had payed your payment. 
(Will be sent to you in 3 days, contact us when you have not yet been given). 

 

(5)   Fill in your Submission Code given (from your abstract response), Upload all necessary data written to upload your files from your desktop, and click "Submit" button to submit.

 

(6)   Please wait for your full paper submission response. (Full paper response will be sent to your email in 2 weeks. If we didn't response by then, please send us an email therefor to prevent any failure or unread submission)
